- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the package and product
- A brief description of the issue
We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
